WILLIAM MANCUSO
Mr. Mancuso is the President and CEO of Information Management Solutions Consultants Inc (IMSC).
He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of Enterprise Data Strategy, SOA, Ontology/Semantic Technologies and Enterprise Integration Management (EIM). He spent 20 years plus in industry with a focus on using technology in integrating business capabilities and Information to transform the way business processes are implemented and executed.
Mr. Mancuso brings a strong commercial perspective to the Federal government in Enterprise Systems deployment. Mr. Mancuso was one of the early developers of EAI technology in the early nineties and continues to lead in the deployment of Enterprise SOA, Semantic Mediation and Ontologies.
Mr. Mancuso is the recipient of many awards including Business Intelligence, Data Management and Best Industry Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

MARK RIVAS
Mark Rivas has over 28 years of experience in program and project management
with both Government and commercial organizations.
He is also highly experienced
and successful at coordinating and directing process improvement efforts that culminate in
organizations achieving their improvement goals.
Highlights of his career include, a) technical management of Software/Hardware
development for Air Force mission critical systems like the F111, b) Program
management of projects involving mission critical systems for the California Secretary
of State and the California Department of Energy and c) Executive management of the
Program Management Office for a large multinational IT company.
Mr. Rivas earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Air Force Academy and
an Executive Masters of Science in Information Systems from the George Washington
University, Graduate School of Business.

CHRIS MORAN
Chris Moran is the CTO for IMSC and has more than 20 years in the IT industry.
He is an innovator and pioneer for semantic technology and controlled natural language.
His innovations include a semantic rule engine called rules4J, and a controlled natural language for building ontologies called Common.
He has designed and built semantic solutions for clients in the DoD and Intel communities. Most recently, he has been responsible for developing and teaching courses in semantic technology for the office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer(DCMO) for DoD.
He is a frequent speaker at semantic technology conferences, such as SemTech and the DoD Semantic and SOA Symposium as well as the European Semantic Technology Conference.
